These paintings are a gallery wrap (the canvas is wrapped around the edge and painted). there is no need to frame them, unless you wish to. My gallery wraps are 1.5 inches thick, and the wrap lets the work use the surrounding space, and has a feeling of freedom.

I started playing with watercolors almost 40 years ago, and I am still finding it surprising, refreshing, wonderful, and frustrating. If you have ever worked with watercolors, you know, you can never go back and fix it. With watercolors, you need to have a high level of acceptance. When I think about it, Watercolors has lead to my loose, freeform, impressionistic approach to working on canvas with oils, and primarily acrylics.

Hand Painted Block Prints
I commonly refer to my block prints as Toilet Art.
After many years and over a hundred art shows, all over the western states. The one common theme I here from my clients, is: "This will go great in the bath room."
They are the perfect size, at 8x10 framed, to find a home almost anywhere.
Thus they are referred to as: "Toilet Art".
My block prints are printed and then hand painted with watercolors, so... not two are the same. As you scroll down you will find multiples of the same image with a different color scheme.
Each image is mounted and matted with either Black or white matting, finished size 8x10. Priced at $38 each or mix 3 for $99

Archival Reproductions

This is the section where I can show some of my current and past work.
I would like to start by providing a definition of what a "Archival Reproduction" is. It consists of two parts: 1. The paper, More often the not it is 100% rag (or cotton) or Linen. 2. The inks, are rated for light fastness, owe long the exposure to sunlight. I use Epson Inks rated for 85 years + and Moab paper 100% rag and the matting is also 100% rag.
The images below are mounted and matted to 18x24.
